Fraudulent Company
Don't even open the site. I put in some info to see a quote, and they created an account and sent me an invoice without my permission. Thankfully I never gave them my card info so they can't actually charge me. This is definitely some type of shady business, it doesn't even come up when you try to google it.

Customer Service is Unreal!
We are paying only half what we paid before for basically the same service and we have had no problems with it. I have contacted Wakey several times with questions, and someone, usually Gabriel, gets back to me within minutes. I have never had such great customer service. No bots, just helpful real people.

Promises yes, deliver no
On June 6 I paid to start the service but cancelled the same day when I found out I had 4 months left on my present contract. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 5-7 days. Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. It’s June 23, no sign of the refund.. I’ve had email and text assurances that the refund has been processed. I’m about to enter a dispute with MC to see if I can get my money back. Buyer beware!
