Service is bad, basically just AI and then passive-aggressive text messages. Refuse to answer a phone call. Which, if it worked, would be okay, but the internet service never got above 1/3 the speed I paid for.

They are not there to help you. They are just not there. Set up process did not work and no support when I called 6pm. Useless chat bot that kept providing the same solution. I have moved several times across this country and this is by far the worse customer service period. I have used Telus, Tek Savvy, Bell and Roger’s and Wakey is the worst hands down. Stay away. Cancelling my contract and sending back my gear.

I got wakey thinking they were a way to avoid the giants like Rogers and Telus which constantly prioritize new clients over existing. The price the promise, all seemed great. everything after that was awful. First off they sent my modem to my new address ahead of my move in date, red flag no.1. I ended up having to spend 3 hours with Purolator customer service just to get them to redirect the pack
