They are not there to help you. They are just not there. Set up process did not work and no support when I called 6pm. Useless chat bot that kept providing the same solution. I have moved several times across this country and this is by far the worse customer service period. I

We are paying only half what we paid before for basically the same service and we have had no problems with it. I have contacted Wakey several times with questions, and someone, usually Gabriel, gets back to me within minutes. I have never had such great customer service. No bots, just helpful real people.

On June 6 I paid to start the service but cancelled the same day when I found out I had 4 months left on my present contract. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 5-7 days. Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. It’s June 23, no sign of the refund.. I’ve had email and text assurances that the refund has been processed. I’m about to enter a dispute with MC to see if I can get my money back. Buyer beware!
