Dropping internet

Primus is the worse internet provider. Drops multiple times a day and they only give excuses. They say they fixed the problem on there end but still drops. Then they said they needed to send new equipment which they never did. Just more excuses. To bad that I cant give negative star review for this company because 1 star is still to high of ratings for Primus.
