250 down/200 up plan. switched from a provider on the same line that was meeting speed expectations (125 down on a 100 plan) - rarely get higher than 60mbps. sent a tech who confirmed no issue with line and confirmed throttling on connection. reps unable to find issue and recommended downgrading plan (which would have been at a higher rate). Check reddit for more throttling complaints. DO NOT BUY.

I have been with carrytel for several years. I only had one issue with outages that took a good while to get to the bottom of which we finally did. That was the most frustrating part but for the cost and general service I am still happy with them. I think if you have an issue then you may be offline for a period but as I said this has happened to me only once.
