You can trust them ! They changed my plan without any email of explanation and charged me like 10 $ more than usually Afrer a long time at phone and talking with many différent persons , I managed to take back my old plan and for that , they charged me 11$ more without telling me because I changed my monthly plan! It s really a joke.It seems I ll just go somewhere else

I bought a prepaid plan that met my needs, namely the 360 days, the network is good, it's Telus's, I had a small configuration problem and through the Koodo assistant CHAT we can schedule a call with customer service who was courteous and efficient. Use the code to get a discount
