Gave Fizz a try. Wasn't happy after the month so I thought that would be it. Looked at my credit card and they have already charged for next month! WTF I haven't agreed to another charge on this pay as you go service!! NO customer service phone #available. Online online chat only. Found hidden cancellation on app. We'll see if they refund the fraudulent charge! NOT recommended!

Good company! I was with Lucky AND public mobile before and this company and its coverage is much better. Don't even both with the other low cost carriers, as you will pay for it later. Had Fizz for about a week then it stopped working, had to send several complaints, no appointment was ever made and nobday came to fix the issue. Modem stopped working and they never came to fix/replace it, just gave me 'promises' that they would come to fix the issue, which they never showed up to do. Just a scam.

I switched to FIzz due to all of the positive reviews on here and holy cow, this was not the right move!! I have not even had this plan for a month yet and I have had numerous issues with texting and calling. When I tried to resolve it on their platform the robot helper, I think they call it Rob, just blasts info that doesn't help and once they get backed into a corner they connect a call center person to respond. Negative Review – I am extremely disappointed with the mobile service offered by Fizz outside of Canada and the United States. If you travel internationally, be prepared to only have access to cellular data—no voice service available with your personal number, which is completely unacceptable in 2025. Even more shocking: Fizz even blocks cellular calls over Wi-Fi, which could have been a minimal workaround. The result: no calls possible, even with a good internet connection. It's a complete d
