With customers all over the country, VMedia manages to accumulate very positive reviews and ratings. Their longtime customers are appreciate of the company's various promotions and discounts. I ordered the V Media TV and internet package, was a good price with no terms, I cancelled my other service and tried to connect the internet for 4 days with V Media with no success and then was told they could not provide internet service in our area. So now I had no internet and had to find another provider, we were over a month without internet and my wife has a home business so I would not recommended this company

Onboarding easy as they supply modem only. Using all my own h/w for LAN. No contract means I can move when a better ROI surfaces.

I would have paid double the money to avoid this service. All around garbage. Internet sucks, contacting them sucks, you do everything yourself which seems like it sucks till you need them to assist you. DO NOT USE. Wish I read this before hand.

We have internet, TV and Landline from V Media. The landline is supposed to include phoning Europe. We, however, cannot get lines to Switzerland, apparently because they have increased their rates. In my mind, it is up to VMedia to renegotiate the deal with them and, if necessary, make me a new offer. Signed up for 150 Mbs service @ 10.00 in the morning. CS rep emphasized that it's very important to immediately cancel with your current service provider. I called that morning and cancelled my service for the day before VMedia was supposed to start. That evening I received an email from VMedia saying the 150 Mbs service was no longer available and that they would be willing to substitute 6 More

Terrible connection! The speed is unreliable, with the company frequently switching between different internet providers like Bell, Rogers, and Netcrawler. Live streaming is often problematic, and as someone who works from home, I face disconnections during TEAMS calls. Save your money and avoid this service.

It's got good speeds but drops quite frequently and it can sometimes be down for about 3 to 4 hours so I wouldn't recommend it if you want consistency

The tech support has no clue. The best they can do is tell you to "Try restarting, try switching cables", etc. I actually had to tell tech support what the problem was lol. They are cheap, but I am telling you now bring your own modem (the one they provide is terrible), and don't expect any help from tech support. If that's fine with you, then they are a cheap option.

They over charged for a technician to come in for installation and the technician never showed up. Upon calling V media, they claimed it was only a remote session and never refunded the money. They instead put it on us for misunderstanding on our part. This is how they make money unfortunately.
