SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE INTERNET WITH OPTICAL FIBER, AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2024, WE HAVE REGULARLY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TELEVISION. THE VIDEOTRON SERVICE SEEMS TO BE DOING ITS BEST TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION; BUT I THINK WE NEED TO BE PATIENT.

Was with Bell for years and they were always elusive answering billing questions and rate hikes. Been with Videotron for 10+ years now and never had Internet issues except for the ice storm (which they credited us for). It is not fiber optics, but who actually needs it? We never had stalls on streaming media, VoIP calls, etc and get 500Mbps without network congestion.
