The cheaper plans than the one I am currently subscribed to are not available to me unless I am a new subscriber. I can always upgrade to a higher plan but never reduce the cost. I much preferred the old rewards system which gave us a much better discount each month. The new loyalty system is not worth the hassle and time wasted for a few cents a month.

PM is the lowest cost mobile service provider. This is made possible by maximising self serve over the web and this is easy to do as long as you have a good knowledge of this environment. As far as actual service goes, I rate it as good as any other I have used in the past.
