These people took over my server account Odynet. They switched me over to their account charged me double than what I was paying and lost all my previous emails and told me it was was not their problem. Now I have no email and when I asked why I was told they are working on it. I called later that day and was told to call back tomorrow. This is unsatisfactory and i will not be renewing my account with them!!!!!!!

Although mobile calls work well, there is poor 4G network coverage in Quebec. The connection is unstable and very difficult.

The network is ok but if you have a problem, don't count on customer service to help you. You are basically left to your own devices. I suspended the service (you are entitled to it for a period not exceeding 90 days) but Public Mobile automatically debited my payment for 3 months while my line was suspended. More
