I have been with them for a few years now. Have not had any major downtime or experienced any major issues. I have also been using their referral program and have accumulated around 10 years of free internet. Yes, you read right. My code is below.

We switched to Oxio in September 2024 and I couldn't be happier. I wish we had switched years ago. Oxio offers the best internet service compared to other providers we have dealt with over the years. Generally, the speed is higher than advertised (120-20 Mbps). There are virtually no outages. We are really satisfied with our experience and recommend this provider without any hesitation.

They took money out of my account and still won't return. So I'm still trying to get it back.

I like the price, yes, that's for sure, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the material to have a small box filled by the person who prepared my box. Who has a disability. I don't remember exactly what. But I liked this effort of inclusion and the little personal touch.

I was forced by my old provider Oricom to take fiber. Since I'm not a Bell fanatic, I did a search on the web. Via Francois Charron's site, I found Oxio to be able to keep my Asus Gamer router without having to change it and keep my Cable modem service.
