So far no issues with the connection. The price for fiber 500 Mbps is probably one of the cheapest. We switched from cable to fibre and it got faster and cheaper! Very happy with the decision.

Excellent quality for low price for 500 Mbps (Up and Down).Only hick-up is that my mobile phone VPN could not use UDP protocol on home network as some ports blocked by Oricom. No big deal, had to add automatic function option to use other protocol (TCP) that works.Referral Code : 143300

Best quality/price ratio for Oricom 500 MB/s package. All third party suppliers take a bit longer to onboard than with Bell or Rogers, but once up and running it is high quality and true high speed Internet. FYI I'm in Quebec.I had Oricom 500Mbps package installed Sep 19th 2024, which is distributel.The bell tech set everything up on the scheduled day.I did not want to use Oricoms Wireless router because I already had my own router and wireless access point in place.I'm using my own router (ER-X) and I'm getting the a bit over 500Mbps download and upload while wired, which is nice!!Support is great, y More

Internet installation was supposed to take place October 8, as agreed by phone on September 25 with Oricom's residential service. No installer arrived and Oricom then told me that there was no record in the "system" for the installation, despite the agreement on September 25. Either someone did not do the job correctly at Oricom to request the installation or there is a fault in Orimcom's system design.

They have great customer service. Any problem? You call them and they will do everything to fix it. They will even follow up after to see if everything is ok.
