Dishonest company

Before purchasing a phone and plan online, be very careful of the price changes right at the very end where it asks you to pay. For instance, the phone I want shows as $10 a month for 2 years. When I add any plan and click on purchase, the monthly fee for the phone now shows as $27. Very dishonest company so just double check the math before using them.

New Customer

Just moved to Freedom because they had a great plan for Canada, US and Mexico. More GB than we need, but great value. Really appreciated the personal attention by the kiosk rep in Calgary. Simple, easy to work with and friendly. So far, so good.

Beware, it's a scam!

Beware, it's a scam! Loblaws is offering cell phone plans at unbeatable prices under a no-name brand. First problem: they advertise plans starting at $15 on their website, but... there are no $15 plans when you sign up. They start at $20. Still, $20 for 2 GB if you sign up for automatic payments... Second scam: they take advantage of this to charge your card at will. They didn't charge me $20, but almost $70! Furious, I called the company and threatened to file a complaint with the consumer protection office. They assured me they would reimburse me. I still haven't seen that money. To add insult to injury, I discovered this mornin

Scammers....

I have same mobile provider for many years... but I saw advertisement about NoName Mobile and decided to buy one month $19 plan of the service included 1GB of data and sim card to give them a try.... I didn't cancel my recent provider. When I went to register to the website to activate my sim card for some reason it took me to the PC mobile and give me $20 price for one month... I got confused, wh
