Very poor carrier. Unstable 100mb connection, bad customer service, avoid even if a lot cheaper than competitors.

Peak hour and weekend stability drops to 15 mgbit, when you pay for 100 mgbit. In two months I had difficulty getting service and when I managed to speak to the technician he promised me that the problem was solved. It was never settled.

Subscribed to the 100 mbps package (had a 15 mbps package with a different ISP before). Changed the modem for the one provided by IVC - same make and model than my previous ISP's modem. It's the worst experience I've had with an internet provider in 15 years.
