Sabir stayed on the phone with me for 50 minutes straight! Throughout the entire call, he did not show a single second of boredom or impatience with my endless questions. On the contrary, he was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and welcoming. He patiently walked me through every step until my problem was completely resolved and my line was successfully activated.

Went with freedom as an upgrade. What a horror show it’s been. Service cuts off for hours or days . Finally on June 30 it went down. Sent tech over he said line is good and left. It wasn’t . They sent replacement modems. Didn’t work. Said they were sending another tech . Never showed when asked when they would come , told they would be sending another modem. Freedom internet ‘s customer service is the worst and somehow manages to worsen each year. Poorly managed and trained customer service staff, who are too lazy to help and continuously pass the customer to another rep. Will terminate my service with Freedom now.
