The prices are affordable and the plan to use our data in the United States is advantageous. However, the customer service is bad. I have not had access to the customer area for almost two weeks. My old email address was invalid and the change never worked. One of the tickets was created more than a week ago and the situation is not resolved.

I am using Fizz mobile for more than an year. I live in GTA and never faced any network issues. US roaming is quite impressive with no network blackout. technical issues on their frustrating to use, and sometimes misleading, website... You cannot reach them by phone, so it is a do it all youself online type of thing... price is somewhat good and haven't had too many problems with the coverage so can't complain too much...

As long as everything is fine, it's fine, but if you need customer service, good luck! Only exchanges in writing, and they copy and paste their ready-made procedures. When you want a technician to come back to correct what they did wrong the previous time, they want to charge you for the trip! Pathetic!

The plans are flexible according to your needs and can be changed monthly to take advantage of current discounts. Unused data rolls over to the following month.
